行業短板:石油套管磁記憶檢測尚無專門標準

  石(shi)油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)是鋼管(guan)生產(chan)的高端(duan)產(chan)品,套(tao)(tao)管(guan)的種(zhong)類比較多,套(tao)(tao)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)規格范圍(wei)總共15大類規格,其外徑(jing)(jing)范圍(wei)為114.3-508mm;鋼級分為J55、K55、N80、L-80、P-110、 C-90 、C-95 、T-95等(deng)11種(zhong);套(tao)(tao)管(guan)管(guan)端(duan)扣(kou)型種(zhong)類及(ji)要(yao)(yao)求多,可加工扣(kou)型有STC、LC、BC 、VAM等(deng)扣(kou)型。石(shi)油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)生產(chan)及(ji)安裝(zhuang)過程涉及(ji)到很(hen)多的檢測,主要(yao)(yao)有以下:

  1、超聲波檢(jian)測

  超(chao)聲(sheng)波在被(bei)檢測材(cai)料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)傳播時,材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)聲(sheng)學特性和內部組織的(de)變化對(dui)超(chao)聲(sheng)波的(de)傳播產生一定的(de)影(ying)響,通過對(dui)超(chao)聲(sheng)波受影(ying)響程度(du)和狀況來(lai)探(tan)測,來(lai)了(le)解材(cai)料(liao)(liao)性能和結構的(de)變化。

  2、射線檢測

  射線檢測是利(li)用正常部(bu)位與缺陷處透(tou)過的放射線量(liang)不同,而造成(cheng)底(di)片上黑(hei)度(du)的差別。

  3、滲透檢(jian)測

  滲(shen)透檢測是利用液(ye)體的毛細管作(zuo)用,將滲(shen)透液(ye)滲(shen)入固體材料表(biao)(biao)面開口缺陷處,再通過顯(xian)像(xiang)劑將滲(shen)入的滲(shen)透液(ye)吸出到表(biao)(biao)面顯(xian)示缺陷的存在。

  滲(shen)透(tou)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)適于各種金(jin)屬(shu)與陶瓷(ci)類工件(jian),且從滲(shen)透(tou)操作到缺陷顯示時間相對短,一般約半小時,可(ke)(ke)以檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)表(biao)面疲勞(lao)、應力腐蝕與焊接裂(lie)紋(wen),可(ke)(ke)以直接測(ce)(ce)量(liang)裂(lie)紋(wen)的尺(chi)寸。

  4、磁粉檢(jian)測

  磁(ci)(ci)粉檢測(ce)是利用缺陷處(chu)漏磁(ci)(ci)而吸附磁(ci)(ci)粉,形成(cheng)磁(ci)(ci)痕(hen),來(lai)提(ti)供缺陷顯示(shi),可檢測(ce)表面(mian)與(yu)次(ci)表面(mian)缺陷,缺陷性(xing)質容易(yi)辨認,油漆與(yu)電鍍面(mian)不影響檢測(ce)靈(ling)敏度。

  5、渦流檢(jian)測

  渦流(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)主要(yao)是(shi)利用(yong)鐵磁(ci)線(xian)圈在工(gong)件中感生的渦流(liu)(liu),來(lai)分析工(gong)件內部的質量狀況,可檢(jian)測(ce)各種導電材料表面與近(jin)表面缺陷,通常參數(shu)控制困難,檢(jian)測(ce)結果難于解釋,而(er)且要(yao)求檢(jian)測(ce)對象(xiang)必須是(shi)導電裂紋,并可間接測(ce)量缺陷長度。

  6、漏(lou)磁(ci)檢測

  石油套管漏(lou)磁(ci)檢測(ce)是(shi)建(jian)立在(zai)鐵(tie)磁(ci)性(xing)(xing)材料(liao)高磁(ci)導(dao)率的(de)特性(xing)(xing)基(ji)礎上,通過測(ce)量鐵(tie)磁(ci)性(xing)(xing)材料(liao)中由(you)于缺陷所引(yin)起的(de)磁(ci)導(dao)率變(bian)化來(lai)檢測(ce)在(zai)役石油套管的(de)質(zhi)量。

  7、磁記(ji)憶檢(jian)測

  磁記憶檢測(ce)是(shi)源(yuan)于金屬的(de)磁現(xian)象物理本質和位錯(cuo)過程(cheng)之(zhi)間的(de)關系,具(ju)有(you)效(xiao)率高、成本低、無需(xu)打(da)磨等諸多優(you)點,在工業上具(ju)有(you)重要而廣(guang)泛的(de)應用前景(jing)。

  幾種(zhong)檢測方法中,針對(dui)產品(pin)磁記憶(yi)檢測目前還(huan)沒有(you)專(zhuan)門的標(biao)準,尚待開(kai)發,其余6種(zhong)都有(you)各自的檢測標(biao)準,比較成(cheng)熟。

  磁記憶檢測技術在中國的發展

  眾(zhong)所周知,鐵磁金屬(shu)材料在(zai)作(zuo)為受力(li)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用過程中(zhong)會不同程度承受疲(pi)勞(lao)載荷,從而引發(fa)疲(pi)勞(lao)裂紋。由于(yu)疲(pi)勞(lao)裂紋大多萌生于(yu)表(biao)面(mian)或近(jin)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)微觀缺陷所帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)應力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)區域,加上構(gou)(gou)(gou)件中(zhong)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)還可以(yi)使有的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料產(chan)生應力(li)腐(fu)蝕(shi)等早期損傷(shang),故有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實施(shi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件表(biao)面(mian)及近(jin)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應力(li)檢測(ce)(ce)對(dui)鐵磁性材料構(gou)(gou)(gou)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全使用具(ju)有非常(chang)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)意(yi)義。由于(yu)常(chang)規的(de)(de)(de)(de)應力(li)檢測(ce)(ce)方(fang)法(fa)(如X射線衍射法(fa)、聲發(fa)射法(fa)等)在(zai)使用時,有的(de)(de)(de)(de)必須(xu)對(dui)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件施(shi)加載荷,有的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀器設備(bei)復雜,因而大部分(fen)均不適應工業現場的(de)(de)(de)(de)無損檢測(ce)(ce)。

  20世紀90年代,俄羅斯學者(zhe)率先(xian)提(ti)出(chu)利用加載鐵磁(ci)(ci)(ci)構(gou)件(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)記(ji)憶效應(ying)可(ke)以(yi)檢測構(gou)件(jian)表面的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)區(qu)。這種(zhong)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)記(ji)憶檢測技術(shu)可(ke)望準確(que)、可(ke)靠的(de)(de)(de)(de)探測鐵磁(ci)(ci)(ci)構(gou)件(jian)以(yi)應(ying)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)為特征的(de)(de)(de)(de)危(wei)險(xian)部(bu)件(jian)和部(bu)位,無(wu)疑(yi)是對金屬(shu)構(gou)件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)早期診斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)無(wu)損檢測方法,因此,一(yi)問(wen)世便受到世界各國(guo)同行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重視(shi),競相(xiang)開展研究,并(bing)在電力(li)、鍋(guo)爐壓力(li)容器(qi)等部(bu)門(men)開始了推廣應(ying)用。

  我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)于(yu)(yu)上(shang)世(shi)(shi)紀(ji)90年(nian)代(dai)末期開始(shi)引進磁記(ji)憶(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)。99年(nian)10月在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)廣東(dong)汕(shan)頭召開的(de)(de)(de)第(di)七屆(jie)(jie)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)學(xue)術(shu)(shu)年(nian)會(hui)暨國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)學(xue)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討(tao)(tao)會(hui)上(shang),俄羅(luo)斯杜(du)波(bo)夫教授發(fa)表了(le)一篇(pian)題(ti)為“Diagnostics of Metal Items and Equipment by Meams of Metal Magnetic
